Finer Planners

Lynn began The Finer Points after several years of planning experience working at both Westfields Marriott and Lansdowne Resort in the Catering Sales Department as a Senior Catering Manager.  This experience has been tremendously valuable to her as she understands events on the venue side and of course understands her client’s needs and how to best achieve them!  She also has met many amazing vendors over her past years in the business which is an invaluable asset.

Lynn has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from John Carroll University, and a certification in Event Management from George Washington University.  She attended the first year the Event Management Certification program was offered at GW which was an excellent experience where she interned with Creative Parties in Bethesda on a benefit for Make-a-Wish Foundation.

Lynn is calm and collected through the planning process and helps maintain a stress-free experience for you and your family, while she enjoys every minute of ensuring your event is a success!

Lynn Iannizzi

Felicia joined The Finer Points with over nine years of experience working in professional services, so you can rest assured that your special day will be in the hands of someone who will pay close attention to every detail, manage timelines and help you stay organized and on budget.

Felicia has been coordinating events for the past eight years!  With a passion for weddings, Felicia also has experience with planning several types of fundraising events; and has also coordinated parties and social events for her family and friends.

Felicia Kettler

Laura brings 10+ years of etiquette and event consulting background to The Finer Points team.  She is creative, energetic, organized and her attention to detail is superior in the field.

Laura holds a Bachelors in Public Relations and Art Design and Masters in Event Management.  She is a Certified Wedding Planner and Designer, holding International Etiquette and Event Certifications.  Her work has been recognized in several local publications, including the Middleburg Eccentric.

Laura’s event design skills and creative input help make every clients’ particular vision come to life!

Laura Billak

Lisa joins The Finer Points with five years of experience working on the banquet service side of events.  This gives her a true understanding and perspective of our events.

Lisa holds a Master's Degree in Finance from Wilkes University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bloomsburg University. While event planning is different from her 'day-job' and career choice, Lisa truly enjoys event planning and making your social event your best day ever.

Lisa has been with The Finer Points for two years and enjoys working with each couple to plan a fun and stress-free day for them and their families.  She is friendly, warm and a real team player!
